The waiting room was packed with pickup and patients waiting to shop. Upon my arrival, I asked the front desk associate for a basic wait time for service, she (very smugly) said “a half hour or more, up to a few hours.” Of course, after this type of treatment, I receded with an “okay”, after almost 90 minutes, I finally get called to the dispensary associate. Walking into a selling floor at trulieve or any dispensary, generally multiple patients are being assisted and the process is quite fluid. When I was assisted, I was the only patient within the selling space and at least four associates were standing around doing absolutely nothing. Everything and everyone working made me feel as if I was not important and the chance that I will return is slim.
