The receptionist and front lobby were very pleasant. They even have quality Keurig coffee and chocolate! Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience came to a screeching halt.... The 3 bud tenders behind the counter were busy helping others so I excitedly waited my turn so I could look at a few different flowers and ask some questions about different strains I saw on the website. Not what happened... My first question was, "I don't see any Scooby Snacks, do you have some left?" I got a short but not so sweet "out". Huh? Okay... I said to myself. "Bummer, can you suggest something similar then? I was really wanting that". "There's nothing like Scooby Snacks, Scooby Snacks are Scooby Snacks". Well, that was less than helpful. Luckily I knew I wanted Dogwalker OG so I started to ask for an 1/8th of that but a man that came in a few minutes after me asked a question louder so he answered him. When he was done with the other patron he came back to me and asked, "are you ready now"? What?!? It didn't end there. The short answers and a you're bothering me attitude continued the whole time. I even talked to another employee while he weighed out the flower I chose with NO help, I was saddened when he replied with exactly the same snide/condescending demeanor. I got home and shared my experience with my husband. He was very surprised because him and his friends have spent quite a bit of time and money at Kaleafa. He weighed both strains out and both came to almost exactly 3.4 grams although the labels say 3.5 grams. Shorted twice! The whole trip was upsetting from start to finish but at least I get to smoke some amazing flower in the end. I win!!

PG is my go to dispensary being they always have the strains I am looking for. Very helpful staff, and a very comfortable and friendly environment... I will frequent PG because not once have I got anything bad from there. Every description given by the bid tenders there have been very accurate. Very pleased with PG! Game over! This place wins! Best medicine and best quality flower I have seen so far. The staff honestly wants to get you the best medicine for your needs as possible and they are very interactive in finding the right strain(s) Super cool staff and a very comfortable environment. This is the place to go for top quality!

Just stopped by this place because I drive past it daily... I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable environment and friendly atmosphere... The staff was knowledgable and tried to help pick strains for my wife and I that were affordable and had the medicinal effects we were looking for being that my wife and I were on a small budget for this trip. I will be going back here just because of the service and friendly atmosphere... I will give more reviews as I purchase more from here... Very very good first impression! Wayne R.
