When I texted to ask if they deliver to my town I got a nice quick response that they do so I had a good feeling. I was wrong. They mentioned nothing that night about a minimum delivery but it was clearly posted on their leafly page that the minimum was $150 for all orders so that's what I expected. The next day when I tried to place my order, I texted them multiple times in 6 hours with no response. Finally when I said that as an advertised business I expected a reasonably timely response, they responded within 10 min to apologise that their text must not have gotten through and that they do deliver to Walpole with a $250 minimum. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but kindly pointed out with a picture of their leafly page that they had advertised a minimum of $150 for all orders. I sent one more text asking if they could still deliver my order for $200 as it clearly met their posted minimum, and have received no responses since. Going against written advertisements that you produce is a predatory sales tactic and against the law. Perhaps you should remember that when trying to get your medicine and a place like this doesn't respond and tries to swindle you into spending more money than your willing despite a posted minimum on their website. Too many good deliveries and dispensaries to deal with lousy ones.

James is a cool dude. Very professional and I really feel like he worked to fit me in on a day when he was already very busy. That's great customer service. I was given status updates often and a time estimate that was accurate. I hate waiting when I don't know when whatever I'm waiting for is going to happen so that was great. Flower is great and value was as well. I liked the vacuum packed bags to keep it fresh. I will definitely be calling again. Thank you Heady Medi.

First of all they delivered to me in Norfolk County. No big deal, so do a bunch of other places. They said they'd be there at 7:30. They didn't arrive until 10:30. I work early, this is an issue. The oz they handed me within an hour of having it in my pocket sealed had turned into a bag of green dust. Literally the driest shakiest bud I've ever seen. I know purple diesel is their cheapest but I've gotten plenty of oz for the same price from other delivery services that were much much better. Will not be calling again.

These guys are great. Always answer and always live up to same day delivery. Extremely high quality flower and edibles. Can't say enough good things about THme.
