the delivery did not take long at all considering the circumstances in the world right now. the driver was polite and drove a Honda, ironically I own many. lol 😆😆 overall very satisfied. 👍👍

I put a pre-order in for 30 carts like I do every single week for whatever reason today I get 22 but have a receipt for 30 paid for carts. I get home check. call and find out on top of that I'm dealing with THE ASSISTANT manager as a budtender and even better than that it my fault he was to busy talking to someone else to give the customer service in which he's more than likely paid to give. and literally there's no solution no apology. nothing other than a completely DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. 100% HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I SPEND IN YOUR STORE. . . . and this is the customer service y'all give in return?????? 🤦🤦🤦

I used to really really like this place. but lately ESPECIALLY since this virus bs y'all have been nothing but a disappointment. I get every one is on edge but as a company if you have customers you should most definitely consider keeping the crowds contained. I'm not sure I'll even return considering the fact your staff does nothing when it comes to customers that clearly have no people skills.... even if they are threatening another customer physically. it's sad. why would I want to return to a place that doesn't even care about a patient's safety and/or well being while on your property??? 🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️ just saying losing one customer may not impact this business at first but consider losing that one customer more and more and more. . . with a staff that doesn't care to even make sure of a patients well being after being involved with ANY kind of altercation on your property is disgusting...... not to mention how horrible the customer service obviously was. well, hopefully none of your other customers have to experience what I have these last few times. and I'm almost positive no one will even make an attempt to reach out STILL. 💯 *SMH*

i love the meds here a little pricey but well worth it.

this dispensary has been and will forever be my go to #1 especially for good deals. they're always great almost everyone says hi to me and know me by name which makes it more personal and more fabulous.😛

used to like this place....went every day, the girl that used to help me out, i never see anymore now they have some rude blonde behind the counter. they no longer weigh it out it front of you and idk others but i like to see what im getting. im not sure i will shop here much anymore sorry guys.

got a text saying eigths were $25 drove ALL the way there from the far east side for them to tell me THEY made a mistake and its more expensive. they refused to honor it saying the sent out a different message saying it was a mistake. myself and atleast the 3other people in line never got a second message. thats YOUR mistake and you should honor what you advertise. keep providing BAD BUSINESS like thay and you wont be around for long!!
