I’ve been to Small Batch several times and each time I’m greeted by friendly staff. They are incredibly professional and are able to answer any questions regarding their products.
The owner is also very nice and happy to answer any questions asked. I love how completely transparent they are when it comes to their practices. If you follow them on social media (FB, IG, SnapChat, Twitter) they show you first hand how they operate and give you the opportunity to see behind the scenes. Something you don’t get with other places!
As for pricing I find it totally reasonable! They’re daily deals are a steal and even their regular prices are great for the quality of product you get. You certainly get what you pay for... and then some!
10/10 I recommend this place to anyone!!
