Poor customer management. Too long of a wait for service. Not enough bud tenders. Need to limit time people spend with bud tenders or have a concierge counter for questions and detailed info. Having 3 bud tenders with 2 of them tied up with noobs who don't know what they're doing for 30-45 minutes is unacceptable! You have a a line 20 people deep and only 1 bud tender moving the line.
