I just bought mine 4 days ago from an approved Vape Shop,listed on the website. It seems to need to live on the charger, even though I charged it fully, the first day. I waited for all 4 leaves to glow. I cannot get the temperature lights to work like they do in the video, and I followed the instructions on how long to hold down the mouth piece. The mouth piece is super hot, so I really do not know how this made it to market. Seems like a real potential hazard and no way to "jimmy rig it" to avoid this. I entered the warranty information on the website, and perhaps I will be filing for a replacement or may be an exchange. For $149.00 + the half pack, I feel robbed. The last leaf still is not charged, and its been an hour. I used it twice for 5 minutes and the battery needs to be charged already?

My D.O. referred me here, so I checked it out, and switched! It took all of 10 minutes, and they got it signed and faxed back in less than 20 minutes. Take time to listen to your needs. They HAVE the best PRICES. The person who said "they are all the same", is wrong. Exact same waxes are half the price, then where I use, to go. I am on the highway to less pain, and cutting back on narcotics and anti-anxiety drugs. So many options, and more are coming this year. This place is here to stay because they give great SERVICE. That is huge with me. Really big thanks to Demaris, and all the entire pharmacy welcoming me! It was like the weight of the world was lifted off of me. The "other" place, copped an attitude over that waxy pen that broke after 8 days..."oh well, too bad for you!" I expect higher standards, like ARROW has, since it's a pharmacy, not a "head shop". PRICES ROCK & so does the service.

Nice people and it all started off ok. Then I made a wax purchase and was happy with the high CBD content. I then bought a higher CBD wax from a different producer and it would not vape. This was not dealt with well, but I did not give up. Called the producer and told them the issue. They straightened it all out. TY~ Not I see, the exact same 1:1 wax (same producer I love) is $20.00 cheaper @ Arrow. I was told they are all private so prices WILL vary. Someone else wrote, prices are the same. The product should be consistent every time! Otherwise this cannot work. Looking into converting to a place that deals with "defective" products, without the attitude. The low price is just another perk. My mj DO told me to go to them from the beginning. Live and learn. Thanks "doc"~
