been with primo close close to 2 years now and never have a issue, sorry once i had a issue were i got a primo 5 pack which i buy three every time and two were not super tight and i only just mentioned it to them and they had a driver out to replace the pack even though i opened the pack which i dont even consider a issue which how good i think they are if you are looking for a first or new place call primo
