So unbelievably tasty! A great hybrid leaning Sativa with a pungent but lemony and white pepper taste. It also reminds me of fresh cut flower stems or something organically fresh from the flower department. Body high for me with a mild head high. I am currently experiencing cramps and this strain has totally relaxed my cramps without making me feel heavy. My mind is telling me to take a nap (from heavy periods) but after smoking this strain I want to organize things in my house while maybe baking some cupcakes 🥰 This strain is definitely a hit for me, I struggle daily with chronic back pain and my menstrual pain has gotten worse as I get older (41F) but this strain is equal to some relief from ibuprofen.

I tried to "bear with your company" yesterday, to no avail. I am absolutely certain, that is what your packaging read. I SPECIFICALLY had my first visit there with a referral friend who ranted and raved about how wonderful the capsules are. I went initially to JUST GET THE RSO CAPSULES. Unless somehow the dispensary placed the wrong capsules with the wrong label? You guys could look up what you sold me, can't you? Maybe talk it over with Mari or Stephanie. While I was on the phone with one of them, trying to get information, I specifically asked them to check the single RSO caps. Mari asked if the single capsules were dark, to which Stephanie replied, "no they're a light color". Light color. They both tried to tell me that it was a filtering process and that it was MUCH better now. The word, filtering, usually means to literally be filtered. There's NO possible way that a dark sludge could be the product of filtering, especially when I know what I bought AND I recorded my phone call to the dispensary for proof on what they told me. I'm not a chemist or scientist but I do have 12 years of experience with working in a lab, making prescription compounded medication. I could make a medication and sift it/scrape it/shake it/heat it/add acids to it/add water and oil to it, and still NEVER have an end result that looks like used vehicle oil, no matter how many different ways I could compound it. I even get that there are, "different batches" but NEVER such a drastic change in appearance or viscosity. If so, tell patients so they can make the most informed decision about THEIR MEDICATION. There was NEVER a discussion of "SAP" caps, that's not what I was there for. I'm sorry that I don't believe you when you say that you've ONLY seen RSO come in dark green or black or whatever. Again, you may want to ask your workers or just take a peek yourself. Mari asked Stephanie about the capsules while on the phone with me, she said they're NOT dark. There's a CLEAR difference. The biggest problem is the bait and switch. The second problem, the lack of empathy and compassion for the patients. Everybody line your pockets!💵💵💵💵 We don't care about them! That's exactly what I got from that eight minute conversation last night. My disappointment is that, I thought I finally found the relief I was looking for. That I could be able to stop taking opioids and finally be free from that monster. I was so excited, so hopeful just from those 2 capsules I bought. I opened the $30 bottle to find out that it's NOT the same. How would I have know that? How would I have thought to ask if the capsules are different in singles than in the 30 count bottle? I told Kareem that I tried the capsules from your establishment before, I told him that's what I came for. Now I'm on the continuation of opiate pain meds because this $30 bottle is NOT the same as what you sold me in single doses. I was already told, nothing can be done because I opened the bottle. Wonderful. Mine as well flush these down the drain.. Business practices should really be rethought. #honestfeedback Dispensary said: Hmmm. Bear with me here, but I have kind of a weird question... are we Absolutely Sure it was the RSO capsule you tried that first time? Not trying to discredit your experience by any means! 💔😥 However, if the first batch of capsules came out clear and gold as you described... my impression would be that you'd actually tried a SAP cap, rather than the RSO! Could there have been a mixup? This might explain some of those different effects you experienced. SAP caps contain much more concentrated levels of THC/CBD, providing more instantaneous and long-lasting relief. RSO is utilized best for micro-dosing, so you wouldn't necessarily notice any sedation or heaviness. That's why I'm wondering if there was some mixup along the way? Personally I've been working with AZO for over a year, and I've only ever seen the RSO capsules come out green and dark (RSO is made by grinding up the whole plant, including the stems, stalk, leaves, etc -- which is why we expect the darker pigment). Typically SAP caps contain pure THC, which produces the gooey gold you're searching for 😙💛 We can understand being put-off by the misunderstanding, but if you ever get curious, be sure to ask for the SAP caps next time (we'd love to hear your feedback!). Cheers, S.arahE!
