I have never been a fan of Nirvana Center, I’ve always had issues and the bud tenders always had an attitude. I was suckered in by the 7 for $100 deal. Viviana S. was an absolute delight!!!! Despite having a few hiccups, she made the experience worth it. Girl, if you see this, I owe you a nice tip!!!!

My only issue is how aggressive the security guard is, for no reason. He some how thinks by adding, nothing personal at the end of his threat, it’s not personal. My partner was very calm and answering all of his questions, yet the security guard was clearly looking for a fight. He needs to smoke, no offense.... Also, if you aren’t comfortable with your customers sitting in their cars trying to figure out what/where they are going next, HANG A SIGN THAT SAYS NO LOITERING in front of your business. Have an understanding that you aren’t the only business in the parking lot and customers drive from very far away and may not know the area.

Whoever answered the phone at 8PM (10-21-17) NEEDS to be trained in customer service. First time patient, more than happy to drive far for a place that has good prices and CHILL people. Systems are down, understandable, it happens. I've seen it at other places and EVERY single one offers "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and some will even add a free preroll or 5%-10% off next purchase. SHE stated that they are closing early, 830. When asked, "If we arrive at 830, cash in hand, could we be served?". Only to be told, "I mean like we close in seven minutes". Doesn't offer an apology or even answer the question. The best part was being hung up on.

They have become my regular place!! They have great deals and prices. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxed. In all honesty though, it's the employees that make this place!!!!!! They take a personal interest, very well trained and you can ask any question and they won't make you feel stupid at all. I look forward to getting my meds every week from here.

Always a friendly and helpful staff!! Went in tonight looking for the $9 brownie but they were sold out ;( I spilled boiling water on my fingers and need some serious relief. Hayden was so helpful finding the right product that would help me the most and stuck around my budget!! This place is for sure, one of my main places to go(:

This place is the tits. Always quick, friendly and helpful. I LOVE the deals. The staff creates a very chill and fun atmosphere. I have never once been disappointed or upset about their wonderful product. I appreciate that there is also a wide selection to choose from.
