First, I love that The Herbal Connection has a separate entrance for OMMP patients, and upon entering we are then treated as exactly what we are - people who are seeking professional and knowledgeable access to our necessary medicine. The staff are phenomenal - so kind and positive that you immediately start feeling better at the sight of their smiles. Kerry, Nika, Kim, Laurie and the rest of the staff know all about the differing forms of our medication, and they are so helpful in finding just the right form that we should take for our particular need. The Herbal Connection has a wonderful array of products as well. I very much appreciate the way that they give patients many options in which we can take our medicine. The courtesy, kindness and respect that the staff gives to patients, combined with the good prices and variety of medication all help to make The Herbal Connection the best dispensary that I have found in Eugene.
