Overall, I liked this place. However, they put far too much friction in place on the deals that you get on sms. the budtender never seems to know about the deals, doesn't tell you about them and when you ask they have to ask someone else. It seems their marketing tactic is to lure you in with a special and then get you to pay a higher price for something else. Makes you feel like your trying to get one over on them just for asking about the deal they send to you. If you're going to have specials, the customer shouldn't be the one having to ask about them. Then they give you a card so a friend can get 15% off, but you get nothing in return for the referral. I'm starting to think it's all a shady setup.

Place seemed ok until I needed to return a concentrate for my vape pen. Being well aware of the strict requirements, I had all of the packaging and receipt. First the lady at the counter tried to say I already got enough out of it (mind you half of it was left when it stopped working). When I challenged that, she mumbled something and walked off. She came back and chastised me for making her call hey boss and getting her in trouble. I'm not sure what trouble she was going to get in, but I didn't appreciate the attitude nor her insinuating I was trying to get something for free after having half of the product. There are too many shops to put up with poor service like this.

This used to be my favorite place, but they're always closed now. Their hours changed on leafly to just two days a week, but they still aren't open. Tried to send a mail on the app and it won't go through. Really bummed...
