Had a issue with getting skipped in line tried to bring up issue with supervisor she had a attitude and did not want to say her name Very rude employees. Except for Colin he is awesome. This was my number one spot guessing my business is no longer important! Sad!

Having issues with express orders not being fulfilled. tried asking bud tender that was helping me named Jason he kinda had a attitude about it and basically said it’s not his priority or job to deal with express orders and didn’t offer any solutions to my issue. it’s not like I’m trying to rush the orders I’m waiting 4 hours plus before trying to pick up my order. I tried asking for a manager and got the run around. Don’t offer service you can’t provide.

This place has went downhill lately. This was my go to place but prices have went up cause they are now charging tax and no longer giving prerolls to use your debit card 😕 . Wait times have been longer and value table selection has been pretty sad. Hope they can get things back on track by the way staff is always great I don't think it's there fault. Shame on the owners!
