I was in here for the first time this evening and had a great experience. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I was quickly in and out, which was great after a long day. And the gentleman at the front desk made my whole day better. This might end up being my regular stop, if for no other reason than the great guy at the front desk and the very quick in and out process. Thank you! I'll be back for sure! :)

I've been to New Vansterdam several times and I continue to fall more in love with the staff and products. Every person I've encountered here has been helpful, kind, non-intimidating, and friendly. For example, tonight, I had lovely conversation with the doorman/bouncer, Jacob, before even getting all the way inside. (If you see this, thank you for brightening my evening, Jacob!) Then, I was dutifully assisted by Cece, who guided me to the right products for a friend of mine suffering from a serious illness and treatment for said illness. I don't mind paying a bit more for great products and truly wonderful service. I want to be lifelong friends with every person I've met who works at New Vansterdam. They're all wonderful.
