I called to place an express order because I couldn’t place it online because you have to be 21 to make an account even though there are plenty of patients under 21 like myself and when I called the guy was extremely rude and would not do me the courtesy of holding my order for me because I am at work and didn’t want the things to be gone by the time I got there later in the day. He wouldn’t let me talk to a manager and he hung up on me at the end of the call. I’ve been here before and never had any issues but this is super uncalled for.
