My preorder was wrong for the 5 time. There was noone ready again at the preorder line. its so bad people behind me went into the regular line. counted five employees leaning and laughing while I was just standing around waiting for help. they pinch the prerolls also. I submitted three complaints and heard nothing. Dont go here unless you want to deal with the bs.

The selection has gone down, the cheapest eighth I could find $35. wow. It wasn't even good. Still felt the pain. I only come for item 9 flower, but they won't be carrying it for a few weeks so I won't be back. Also, sometimes my points disappear. I hate the fact I can't look at something and see if I used it. I have to trust the staff. I feel triggered.

I love the preorder process. Always quality products.

Flower is dry super dry. staff keeps my change and when I ask for it back they act surprised stop with the games
