Pros
-Rewards program; online accounts; offers.
-Cool brochures.
-ATM inside.
-Variety of products; decent quality.
Cons
-Overpriced; prices shown are before a hidden 35% tax.
-Long lines; staff exaggerated the wait times.
-No parking.
-Took until COVID to get shit together & figure out the science of online ordering.
-Rude service at the pickup counter; was incorrectly told RSO could not be vaped in a wax cart.
-Overpriced sale of CBD products; seems deceptive.
-Medical patients take priority to such an extent that shopping recreational is uncomfortably difficult.
(Numed is also guilty of many of these things, but offers slightly better service. Sorry not sorry.)
