The store looks great, most employees are friendly. The wait is always terrible. Unfortunately every vape cartridge I have bought from this store leaked or the plastic was cracked. The last straw, My BF went to get me some shatter, He came home with what looked like burned caramel (hella melted and bubly, not good) on wax paper that had soaked into the paper. When he went back to ask for an exchange because they clearly sold us faulty product, The bud tender told him too bad no returns, the guy who sold it to should've told you it was a bad batch, so it was discounted. YOU CAN'T SELL BAD PRODUCT and not tell the customer ahead of time. I will not be returning to this establishment for any reason.
