Would be 5 stars across for me but the receptionist (who is only there on occasion it seems) is just not friendly at all. She won't smile, she's not at all welcoming, I feel like I'm using up her precious time just to hand her my card. Just has that "I can't be bothered with you right now" kind of attitude. All the guys that work in the back are completely different, they are all so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable about what they sell. Maybe don't let miss cranky pants be the face of your buisness, just saying.
