I decided to stop in, for the F.T.P. deal, and I spoke to Ruby. I told her I'm very picky, and if I didn't like the product, I'd never be back, because so many dispensaries have been selling terrible medications lately. Ruby mentioned she enjoyed Indica, as I do, I asked her for her recommendations, and bought what she showed me. THIS DISPENSARY WINS THE SOCIAL TENDER AWARD FOR QUALITY. The service i recieved from Ruby was above top shelf! She was very courteous, professional, didn't try to flirt for a tip, and even tried to deny my tip, because I mentioned I had kids. If you read this Ruby, my daughter LOVED the Tomato joke!! Management, if you read this, please respond letting me know if I am aloud to request Ruby as my patient rep? I have trained many people in this industry, and I suggest you give Ruby a raise, and take care of her, or someone will come take her. Thank you Reef Dispensary. I will be back.

I waited until I'd visited 3× before I reviewed. I enjoyed a visit with Angel I believe, a new gentleman to this establishment, he was in training, being assisted by audrey I believe, forgive me if I am mistaken. i came in close to closing, and was really happy with the service I recieved. not only could I not tell angel was in training, as he answered all questions, quickly, and efficiently. Audrey was shadowing him. she also made me feel extremely valuable as a patient, as well as, welcome to the establishment. I have been in the industry a long time, I can tell you a couple things as in have trained some of the best in the business today, managing and leading parts of the industry as they grow with this amazing industry. Angel is going to be an AMAZING patient assistant. he already has "it". Nurture him. Audrey is one of the most amazing industry employees I've seen. if I owned a dispo, I would STEAL HER FROM YOU IN A SECOND. I'm telling my people about her. you better do what you can to keep her. She IS MANAGEMENT MATERIAL RIGHT NOW. the product I purchased did exactly what I was told/expected it to do, it was great quality, it had amazing flavor, clarity, and the consistency I'm looking for. I WILL BE BACK.

I really enjoy this shop. The service is amazing. Infusion edibles are what's up! You HAVE to try the sodas! My favorites are the Grand Daddy Grape, and Root Beer! The flower is at great prices.
