First I must say I came to this facility for 2 reasons. 1st Reason was the location. It is right off of the expressway. 2nd reason is because I asked alot of fellow patient reviewers about this facility anf heard nothing but good things. my first visit i was warmly greeted by the staff and they were beyond cool. Very informative and very honest. Their menu was very very impressive. I love shelby county community services products and from the previous dispensary (the herbal care center 13th western👎🖓) they had alll their products which made my day!!!so if your reading this get down to the posen location and register there asap for the best service in Illinois

my first visit I was very impressed I was actually selected this location not by choice but I am very glad that I was directed here someone also that I know from Instagram gave this place great reviews so I was very enthused when I went the staff there was very friendly very nice very informative and very helpful they have so many different strains so many of the best companies and they are very knowledgeable about all their products the manager there also the staff there help me feel very at home as a consumer and I have found a place that I can feel like I don't need to go anywhere else I hope these guys keep it coming they also have great merchandise that will help you create whatever you are trying to do where there is a topical tincture edibles and also have a vast amount of varieties to select from everyone from the front desk two back where you can grab your products from was on point with everything their location is great and the presentation of everything that they have to offer there is awesome I am a very appreciative customer there and they have all the products that I need especially Shelby County Shelby County makes some of the best CBD products in Illinois and they also have some of the greatest flower products as well just my opinion
