Traveling from out of town and from WA originally it was wonderful to be back in the environment of a collective.
However I miss the aesthetic of the old medicinal clubs back in WA before 502 went live. The atmosphere wasn't bad it just wasn't among the shops I've seen that put some serious effort into it.
That said though, the staff was awesome. The product was better than even the highest quality rec bud you can get back in WA. Everything from history of the strain to the specific linage of the strains available in shop, there wasn't a thing they didn't seem to know, and I rode them hard. My weapon of boredom killing while stoned is researching weed, so I like to think I can compete a little.
And the employee we worked with used to do glass blowing so was extremely knowledgeable on their pieces they had available, and had some good story trading. Their glass prices are very reasonable as well.
The price of the bud itself I can't comment on. This is my first time buying since I moved to Cali but god it seemed expensive. I'm used to $5 grams that are still clocking 14-17% even though they taste like shit. $12 max a gram for top shelf 30% or higher back home. But this was quality weed though.
Also bonus points, their cannatonic they had was the cheapest I'd ever seen it though, contrast to the above.
