Ordered a week ago, 3 days later, they send me a reimbursement notice, and claimed that there have been some delivery issues resting with Canada Post. They asked to put in another order with the same amount...Guess what, they did it again, and 2 days later, nothing sent out (just the Canada Post tracking number, where you can read on their website "Electronic information submitted by shipper" for days, with no updates). I did not receive any reimbursement notice this time yet, just the same copy past answers as for their first screwup like this one: "What we've been finding is that sometimes Canada Post takes some time to update their system for some reason. Rest assured that your shipment was sent out on the day that we printed the label." If it was the case, 1-I should receive it days ago and 2-You did not have to cancel the order only 3 days later, I never requested it.
Chat support is very fast, kind and polite people works there, but unhelpful when you have a problem similar to mine, they will just tell you exactly what you want to hear, the copy past way.
It's a frustrating experience, a big waste of time, I hope that the order will arrive one day, but I don't expect it any more.
