Great location in downtown Portland. This place has a huge variety of flower. The layout of the shop is beautiful with a cool Portland vibe. Staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. Would recommend visiting Serra for sure!

The knowledgeable staff took the time to show me everything from flowers to concentrates & edibles. Super helpful! This place has a cool local vibe and is right downtown. I would recommend stopping by Rose City Wellness when visiting Portland. Great Staff!
