Lightshade - Havana

I recently went to Light Shade Labs, Havana location. They offer a veterans discount. I took in appropriate paperwork proving I am indeed a vet with an honorable discharge. That wasn't good enough for them, they said I need an ID and they refused to honor their vet discount. I'm boycotting this company and I encourage all vets to do the same. Their product is decent and decently priced but their policy and management needs rearranged.
