Charging tax now and their online site doesn't account for it, was told I was wrong even after showing the manager the online receipt. Fix your online order system before demanding more money. If u bought something online say at Walmart or Best buy and they demanded more money when you went to pick it up you would be pissed, these guys keep screwing up I have given them several chances being a loyal customer since they opened but they are horrible at customer service

Interesting how AZCS and Bryan started this out with relatively good intentions, only for it to devolve into taking advantage of patients. The prices here are so much higher than anywhere else in the valley. Lots of the meds I noticed are very old, dried, and lack punch. Their staff is usually rude and could care less, everytime I go in I get that vibe. The only thing you are doing by obtaining medication from here is making Bryans car payment on his luxury vehicle. I am sure that their sales are suffering from these business moves, and I will applaud the day us patients will be able to grow our own medication once again and free ourselves from the state dispensary monopoly this has become. AZCS, return to your roots and get with the program, or forever be forgotten. Que fake reviews to knock mine off in 3, 2, 1....

Cali grade meds at affordable prices, hands down the best on the westside compared to the other 5 dispensaries nearby. No weird vibes or rude budtenders, they know their strains. Was in and out super fast and was able to use my debit card which is super convenient. I'm not going anywhere else for the time being, keep up the good work!

For organic meds, the samples look awesome, I had the opportunity to try out a free, yes free pre-roll which was awesome, once I run out I will be buying again and trying out some strains, A+++

Stopped in to try out the special on the Purple Kush shatter grabbed the last one $25 cant go wrong, my first time buying concentrate and so far it is superb, takes me right where I need to be with pain issues. Took a bit to get to the back, but once inside greeted by friendly staff and had a few questions, treated with respect, thanks for the meds next time, EGC has won me back

Mid shelf quality with a bunch of teenagers running it. Should be cheaper even with the "DOGO". The few times I have been in, the DOGO is like reggie. And the reserve is not worth it. Amatuer growers at best. Pass

Did not enjoy the unfriendly 'greeter' in the front of the store, you shouldnt be leasing it in that area. Overall I found the flower acceptable but nothing to be floored about, I dont think tax was included either which is lame. Not sure how you guys are apparently rated #1 by Leafly.

Days later, the meds I purchased are really dried out, after exposing them to just ordinary opening and closing of the jar. Would definitely not recommend. The special with the vapor pen is for only the Blue Widow strain, which is weak when I tried the flower version of it. Rookies at best with high donations and some fluff.

Homeboy puts the samples away so fast you cant even remember which one to pick, a little more professionalism goes along way. Flowers are ok, however I still find them missing something special, smell is not as potent as I have experienced in the past, so I cant say I am getting a great value. Sale days seem to be the best option. Overall its an ok dispensary that carries quite a bit of merchandise and also their meds are grown on site. I still however find myself looking elsewhere for the creme de la creme.

Stopped in today, was greeted with reserved parking and a security guard with a good attitude and smile, A+. Pretty quick check in process, was greeted inside by first name as I waited my turn and browsed. Large menu board that was very easy to read, some items were not available on it though so it needed updated. The lady that helped me out was very professional and treated me with respect and very good customer service, I was really comfortable in here which is not always the case with dispensaries or clubs, I had the complete opposite experience at the dispensary in Surprise, really poor and high prices, not here, I tried out 4 of the medibles from Emerald Leaf and I know I will be happy with the medication for my pain and spasms. Thank you GreenHouse I am a regular!
