I ordered a product, and when it arrived it was really in bad shape. The paper was soaked with the product. I had already ordered it and it was directly in a container. This time the person who made my order probably made a mistake. By cons I service after sales do not want to know to pay me back because the transport may have affected the product. I am aware, but the wax paper that has nothing to do. I must have lost a good part of the product. At $ 59 a gram, I am quite disappointed with the service.
