I think there's great customer service yet I think it also can be a long process to go in there because of how long it takes them to trim the buds so it'd be nice if it was all available right up front as opposed to going in and ordering and waiting

I love the product, the merchandise, the employees, but the customers are all seriously disabled here. Of all the dispensaries I have been to in Phoenix, this ones customers has some serious medical ailments. Im not sure if it's because of the metrocenter area but I believe you should be catering to their handicap more whether it's better parking thats closer to the entrance or better seating inside for them. whatever it is I feel they are your biggest clientele, so help them out more.

I was so happy with the product and price for the product that i will be comming back. Unfortunatly i live on the north side but i plan on shopping at nirvana for all my concentrates. i also loved the bogo for first time customers and will be recomending this place to all my friends. love love love this place.

it was alittle confusing to get to but i was really impressed with the service and the product
