Their return/exchange policy is a lie.
I bought a Bloom Farms Vape pen from this shop, I was told all about how if anything happened to It you can bring it back and get another one.
A month later over $300 in donations personally and another couple hundred from friends I recommended, my vape pen stopped working. I went in and was told even though they have them in a display case for sale, I had to wait until they ordered batteries separately.
Reggie assured me that by the coming week the orders would be in. That was a lie.
I called back a week later and some guy told me definitely by the end of the week ill get a call. Another lie.
Called back, the staff acted like they have no idea when their merchandise comes in.
Its better if you just put up a sign that says we don't do replacements for flawed merchandise.
If you buy items that require a battery, you're on your own. You'll get the run around until you quit. No matter how loyal a customer you are.
If this review is still posted, and unedited then I still don't have my replacement.
