It's a shame that the store with the biggest selection is the biggest pain to go to. I have been to this location five or so times, it used to be a fun place to go, but now I treat it as a last resort. The service was just awful the most recent time I went. Their Point Of Sale system was changed and it seemed like no one knew how to use it. I waited a good 15 mins just to check out. The people working there are friendly enough but not to each other. I think there is a time and place to yell at your employees and in front of the customer is not one of them. It made me feel uncomfortable. The location itself is odd, I don't know how they get away with those cement stairs.
