I am starting to thing they are trying to steel my money!!! I have ordered 5 times from Phatnugs more than 200$ before, and I had only minors inconvenient, and I was satisfied with the Quality... But it has now been more than 2 weeks I have made my last order and they have stopped answering my E-mails. My orders was made on Thuesday december 19, 2017, I was expecting to receive it after christmas but before new years eve.. on Thurdays dec. 21 I had to e-mail because I still had no words about my order being ship. i receive a reponse and a Shiping confirmation with an non- working tracking number... Then I had to contact them again, by the next Thursday dec. 28 and friday dec. 29 I receive 2 E-mail saying my order will be shipped again and that I will receive a Shipping Confirmation with a valid Tracking Number.. that was the last time I heard from Phatnugs.. Today, Thursday jan. 4 2018, I have send more e-mails since because they are no other way to contact them, but no anwsers for 3 days..
