Very cool dispensary with outstanding house made concentrates. Owner takes great pride in quality and safety of herbs and concentrates. A very good selection of top quality items at affordable prices. It's also a location for medicating, with an on-site dab bar providing some of the best dabs I've ever had. Also has a couch and an xbox, nice spot to hang. Located on a grimy strip of 82nd the parking in the back makes a big difference. It's a little tricky to find the route to get to the back but once you've been it's easy.

You simply won't find atmosphere like this dispensary anywhere else in Portland. Picture your Uncle's old VFW hall: uniforms, pictures and souvenirs on the wall, patriotism and the flag proudly emblazoned on near every surface, furniture and fixings slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Now add a dispensary in the corner and you have VARC. Medicine is fairly standard quality and price, with good deals to be had on medibles and concentrates. The real draw is the location, deepest Barbur, and the atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting this place and supporting it. You won't find a dispensary like it and it is a such a refreshing change from the near cookie cutter sameness you will find in many other portland shops.
