Karuna is one of my favorite dispensaries. Selection and quality are quite good. They offer daily deals. The limitations on the deals are getting ridculous. On the force fryday I finally get a decent discount ball of 25%.. I pick an $11. sativa and am then informed that $11 strains only get a 20% discount so I changed for a $10 strain and got the discount. So only $9. & $10 strains get promo pricing. PLEASE BE CLEAR BABOUT RESTRICTIONS of the daily feal. It seems like they dont really want too discount anything anymore.

The customer service far exceeds my expectations. Previous visit I had gotten unlabeled baggies and mentioned it here. THC responded with an offer of a $10 credit for my trouble. When I went back last week the bud tender was apologetic and offered several packaging options. The reusable plastic container will be my choice now. Many of their customers prefer unlabeled so just ask for labels. I continue to be impressed by the high quality of flowers here. Thanks THC.
