A budtender improperly processed my card a whole month ago and now they're telling me I am banned until I pay the amount that I thought was processed a month ago. I've never been more offended and disappointed in the way a dispensary has handled a matter like this, especially one where they are clearly at fault. I visit this dispensary multiple times a week and find it hard to swallow that they would ban my repeated business over an issue that was clearly brought upon themselves. Say goodbye to a two year returning customer. Worst customer service in the valley!

Hands down best dispensary in Phoenix. Great selection of various quality flowers at varied prices. Same goes for concentrates. Shatter and waxes are beautiful. Great staff. Never a really long wait time. Also good selection of topicals and edibles.
