Rascals is the place to be in the OC. Monse is an expert bud tender, she will always know exactly what medication is right for you! The quality of the buds is only surpassed by the specials they offer. Especially interesting strains always on deck and they are constantly rotating!!! I AM A HUGE STRAIN HUNTER. I love this place. The entire Rascals fam is awesome. You will feel like you're home.
