best shop in town but their online order system compared to instore pick up is absolutely terrible. people get helped before you when they came in 10-20 mins after you. complained once and they clearly didnt fix the issue which they understood was an issue when I brought it up before

First and last time I will go here...I had an issue with a defective product. Was offered one thing then once speaking with the manager Garrett the offer changed, of course in favor of Organix. Literally 0 effort given to make the customer happy nor did Garrett seem to care what so ever I was displeased. Not only that the back parking lot has the biggest pot holes ever so if you have a modified car dont even think of going back there. The parking lot has been that way for YEARS which truly shows how much they care about there customers

Dispensary is awesome but Dr Santo has 0 customer service for his patients. Cant answer simple questions with out letting his ego get in the way. Then when the going gets tough he denies service instead of figuring out the issue. I had an appointment and even confirmed it over the phone an hour after being in his office. Called today to confirm before I went out there and now I'm magically not on the appointment log with no rhyme or reason why. When asked, Dr. Santos can't give an explanation and can't even be man enough to admit something happened with my appointment. Instead his way of solving this problem is denying me service. This guy is a complete joke of a Dr and so is his office and set up he has going. The only reason he is in business is his connection to LEVEL up dispensaries. I will be spreading the word in the MMJ community at every event I attend, which is basically all of them!

One of the best, if not THE best dispensary in town. They have some of the best products and you can't beat their daily specials and point tracking system. I've never had a long wait either they are always fully staffed and run almost every till at all times. The staff is always very nice and shockingly knowledgeable about the products. I have been to other dispensarys and they can't talk to concentrates like the staff can at swell.
