I've been visiting Have a Heart for a couple of years now. Always super friendly people, they really excel at making patients feel comfortable. The variety and quality of flowers is excellent, and I'm always happy with everything I purchase. This isn't always the case with other access points, so even though Have a Heart is further away from me, it's well worth the trip.

We are so lucky in Seattle as we have many excellent dispensaries to choose from and I've greatly enjoyed visiting a number of them since getting my authorization a couple of months ago. All of them were good, but I would count Fweedom as outstanding. Their selection is large and varied, including many house-made concentrated forms. All of my previous experience with cannabis was old-school, roll-up-a-joint style or maybe brownies, so I was wholly unfamiliar with waxes, tinctures, kief, etc. My budtender (Nate?) was an enthusiastic teacher, going through all of the various forms, explaining how they were made & how they are typically used. I really appreciated the time he took. Also love that everything is tested with results posted on the jar. Parking is plentiful. The waiting room is clean and inviting with a tv and reading material. Also, with the 2 bud rooms, you get more privacy than most dispensaries which might make some patients more comfortable. My only complaint is that they don't take credit/debit cards.

Great dispensary for those looking to find high CBD meds for pain relief. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably the most pharmacy-like dispensary I've visited. By this, I mean it's perfectly set up for you to get your meds, but not to encourage lounging around. There are other dispensaries that have fancier decor, younger, hipper budtenders and more variety, but Collective Health is sincerely interested in helping you find the best options to manage your medical condition.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Large selection. The waiting room is on the small side and there was about a 25 minute wait when I went but I don't want to be rushed when making my selections, so I am willing to allow others to take their time too. One man was getting quite agitated about the wait, but everyone else was relaxed. One person in the waiting room mentioned that if you know what you want without browsing, you can call ahead and they'll have it ready and waiting for you.
