Ordered, they confirmed my order, emailed me after midnight to say they thought I lived on the Cape (I don't and specifically told them I do not), and cancelled my order. I called back to say don't bother. They also didn't respond to my previous emails regarding strain test results or strain recommendations. This was after I had been verified as a patient as well. Extremely unprofessional to the point that I wish I hadn't sent them scans of my license or ID since they apparently cannot keep track of or properly store customer data. I was excited for this service but I'm done.
