I’m not sure why this strain isn’t recommended for people with anxiety disorders. I have generalized anxiety, social anxiety and OCD, so I’m just about as anxious as it gets! But this strain gives me this unique “clean” feeling; an energetic feeling without the usual anxiety. And a head high, but without the speedy feeling. So, fellow people with anxiety problems: don’t necessarily believe the warnings about this strain. I think this is likely a good example of how diverse people’s endocannabinoid systems are.

I’m not so up on these fancy medical strains yet (I started MMJ only a couple months ago, for depression and anxiety). So I’m still figuring out what I’m looking for in a strain. But Tangie does the trick for me. It’s quite activating, but not in an anxiety provoking way. It just puts a spring in my step... literally. I like to go on walks and work out on this strain. I’ve been using it as my first few hits of the day in the afternoon and then switching to a hybrid or indica later on in the evening. I’m snatching this one up whenever it comes back to my local dispensary! It’s a bit cerebral for me, but then again, all weed gives me the thoughts. I’ll be listening to some insane person on a podcast, and I’ll be thinking “yeah, this person makes some sense” when they start rambling on about conspiracy theories. Luckily, I forget most of it so it’s not causing any paranoia or anything. Anyway, just wanted to express my deep love for Tangie.

It was my first time at any dispensary, so I don’t have any reference point for comparison, but I thought they were great! They spent at least a half hour with me, letting me go on and on indecisively about what products to get, and helping me make informed choices based on my description of my mental health symptoms. I would also like to mention that the company must have an amazing design team! The interior design of the shop is beautiful; earthy, woodsy and relaxing, yet somehow still very modern. The product packaging is art museum gift shop level gorgeous (though possibly too minimal, as I did find myself wanting more info). And their product catalog is beautiful enough for a coffee table book; I’m keeping it for my own personal design inspiration, because it is so dang pretty it would make anyone want to shop there even if they initially had no interest!
