This is what corporate greed looks like. Almost all of their prices increased by 25%. They are not even servicing Rec patients, but BECAUSE THEY COULD, they SUBSTANTIALLY raised their prices in advance. in detriment to their patients in the middle of a pandemic. It's their right- they have quality products, but I can't support a dispensary that just seems to cares about it's profits- not the patients.

Worth the $$ .. Heard about this as the "Strain of the Summer", and was mind of hard to find. Finally found it at Ponderosa Releaf and the budtender really thought it was a good heavy Indica leaning Hybrid. personally, I enjoy heavy Indicas but was pleasantly surprised. This strain doesn't disappoint. And it looks AMAZING!

This place is absolutely garbage. They will tell you your order is filled let you drive all the way there and then not give you the product that you ordered. then they'll give you a deal and tell you they'll give you 50% off on your next visit which would still be your first visit. they won't allow you to get a 50% off because it's past 30 days which they never told me I only had a credit for 30 days. Then they tell me I can't use the first-time patient special either because it's not my first time there even though the first time I was there I didn't buy anything because they couldn't fill my order correctly. And now my discount is only 25%. So I walk out in frustration. I finally disorder to order from them again only to come back and they removed the 25% off, they wont allow a first time patient special and their management is less than customer friendly. You can find better deals and better grown stuff elsewhere.

The customer service I received today was amazing, I appreciate it greatly and we'll definitely have me coming back

Customer service was awesome tender went above and beyond, she never hesitated when I had a question or I wanted to swap something for something else. two thumbs up for sure. The flower is awesome!!

This is my third time to the location and this is the third time I have had extremely poor customer service. Aside from deals. we as patients don't know our allotment so when we place the Leafly order we are expecting the facility to tell us whether or not we can pick up that order. but no that's not how this company wants to do it they let me drive 25 minutes out of the way through rush-hour traffic and then wait in line for 20 minutes you tell me when I finally get to the counter, I don't have enough allotment for my purchase. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

on multiple occasions, DIFFERENT people at this location have displayed rude behavior. Tonight, I'm not taking anymore. I pull up at 958 only needing an eighth after rushing my dog to an emergency vet, and the 340lb security guard, locks the door as I'm walking up to it, and then just proceeds to walk away. No conversation, no apologies, nothing. DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR HOURS UNTIL 10 IF YOURE NOT GOING TO SERVE EVERY CUSTOMER UNTIL 10. JUST SAY 10, OR WHENEVER YOU FEEL LIKE CLOSING THE DOOR IN YOUR CUSTOMERS FACE. ONLY REASON TO EVER GO HERE IS BECAUSE ITS CLOSE. BESIDES A FEW PEOPLE THERE, MOST JUST DONT CARE.
