Came in to grab a gram for a friend's birthday. Ended up getting some decent bud but the tender used her hands to pick out the buds! I don't require gloves but tongs or chopsticks would be appreciated. It's all in the little details...better options are available on Barbur Blvd.

Nice people behind the counter, Michelle especially! The bummer is they aren't ADA accessible and my friend had to wait in the car. Came on the free roll day, not terrible quality but the bud didn't have much flavor and was pretty shakey. These guys seem to do a lot of volume but aren't really looking out for their customers.

Overall, not a very positive experience. They are not ADA accessible (isn't that the law?!) and my friend was not able to enter the building. I also have received "free" pre-rolls that were little more then old shake and tasted horrible- not surprised since the test date was near 1 year old! Some of the tenders are great but it really depends on who you get. Have had positive experiences with Bruce and Christian(?). Some of the female employees seemed disinterested or bored while helping me so maybe work on that customer service! If you buy their top shelf bud it's pretty good but their low end stuff is harsh and old. Get it together and get a ramp.
