This is a great afternoon or fri/sat night smoke with the euphoric effects of an Sativa without the jitteryness or paranoia that can accompany some of the stronger Sativa dominant hybrids. Sour Diesel would make a great addition to to one’s collection who is looking for a high-quality Sativa Hybrid that combines the best of both worlds with an emphasis on the euphoric effects of the Sativa. Good for intimate parties, or spending the evening partying at home with that special someone. The only thing I wish is that the effects were a little longer in duration. I was left wanting more of a great thing with Sour Diesel. This is a great evening smoke with the sedative effects of an Indica with a slightly milder lock on the front end and super heavier on the back end than some other Indica varieties. One may choose to think of this one as a “polarized Indica” because its an outlier on either side of the Bell-curve. Onset is quite rapid without a whole lot of “ramp-up”. G13 would make a great addition to to one’s collection who is looking for a regular, late-evening smoke to melt away the day’s troubles, quiet the mind, and drift off to sleep. I am glad that I researched this strain before attempting to purchase or I may have made another decision. Please do not judge this book by its cover! Smell is somewhat distinct with the iconic pine followed by sitrus notes and an earth tone that lingers on the back end. The Smoke: Tastes quite "new". Somewhat acidic and almost sterile tasting. Tastes like a hospital smells. short duration from smoke to high onset. Very heady....a classic sativa. Arousal and euphoria are the #1 and 2 effects, followed by deep introspection. Best Setting: For those with lower tolerances, I would recommend this for a weekend day-time smoke. Great for watching the game or playing video games (especially online poker). Had the best results when preceded by a small bowl of an indica dominant hybrid. For those with a high tolerance, this strain may be just what you need for a mid-day smoke. Best Med. Use: muscle spasm, ED Watch out for: Can get a little "heady" at times. Easy to lose track of time, conversations, etc. Value: Average....great standby if others aren't available

Very light (wheight, taste, and smell), fluffy with citrus notes. Smokes very quickly however, so plan to go through a lot of this stuff for each bowl etc. So dollar / dollar value is a little low. Good body high with minor to moderate couch lock. While a light high does allow one to continue to get stuff done, cooking up the motivation to do so might be a bit difficult. Also very tingly and is great for fun with that special someone ;) overall rating is 7-7.5. would be a solid 8 if the value was there. good for early evening / after dinner smoke. It will help you unwind from a long day without knocking you out.

Not very impressed by this one. Sativa dominant hybrid with a VERY short duration. Focused on the head, but with a residual body affect that will leave you in a weird place after the high is over (as in not really wanting more of it, but left unfulfilled and thus needing to hit it again. Every single other aspect of this one from taste to affect are average and unremarkable. The pricepoint was fair but not worth the money IMO. I am big on sativa heavy hybrids and had high hopes (pun intended) for this one, but alas, my search continues and I will not be purchasing this particular strain in the future. Might be good for someone’s first smoke ever or for a situation where just a buzz is desired.
