Ojai Greens

I visited this store twice. The first time, they were out of nearly everything. I left with nothing. The second time, I found the selection lacking again. They had something I wanted, but it was overpriced so I left and bought it somewhere else. The staff was just ok. Not particularly helpful or friendly, but I tried a third time, and this was the proverbial straw. I ordered a no-contact delivery during the pandemic. The guy pulled into my driveway (no problem with that) and opened the back of his vehicle. He texted that I had to come out, so I came out wearing my mask. He was not wearing a mask, and as I walked up (no closer than about 5 feet) he started coughing over all the merchandise! I'm not making this up. I'm not saying it was intentional. I just don't know. After coughing, he picks up my stuff, but won't set it down unless we leave my driveway where he was parked, and go closer to my front door. I was wearing my mask, but there was all kinds of unwanted contact. When I reached out to Ojai Greens to complain about this, they simply ignored me. I didn't freak out like a "Karen", I just calmly let them know how it went down. Well, they didn't bother to ever write back. I saw that my message was read, but they just blew it off. I don't know who owns this business, but they're great advertising and that's it. I don't think they give a crap about the customer at all, and they're not serious about safety. I will not be ordering from them again. Ever.
