1st time in it was a mixed experience. The first budtender was kinda rude. I asked where the menu was because I had no idea of what they had I just knew it was bogo on Drip and Cresco from Leafly. He says "No, bogo is on flower" I said leafly says you have a couple brands bogo right now, do you have a menu? He says "what do you think I'm doing?" as he messed with an ipad. I said I don't know, to which he replied If you're going to talk me to me like that I don't have to help you". I said ok get me another tender. He was a white guy with a beard, he passed me off to a guy on a crutch that couldn't get logged in so he passed me to another guy that was actually cool and helpful. Because the third guy was so helpful instead of just buying a couple grams on bogo he turned me on to an edible deal so I picked up about $200 worth of meds instead of spending $60. The first guy with the beard needs to trained by the third guy that knows what he's doing!

Customer service is horrible. No one looks you in the eye or smiles. They don't explain anything, they just assume you should know how it works in their store. The "budtender" if you can call them that, showed no interest in our transaction, rolling their eyes and rushing so they could go hang out in the check in room with the other half dozen "budtenders". This is what happens when you hire people for their look instead of their knowledge of your product. You are at a Walmart level of customer service in your cannabis dispensary, good job. Just keep hiring those twenty somethings that don't know jack about cannabis and don't train them in how to interact with people and you're sure to never improve!

Still no thought for medical patients here. One long line because the security guard is too lazy to direct patients and customers. No chairs, 90 degrees out, 30 minute line..... want your medicine? Suck it up patients, your going to have to earn it here. SAD

I have been shopping here since it opened. I've been here at least 30 times previous, but today for some reason I was treated like a new patient. Drivers lic, signing waivers, how'd you hear about us, the whole 9 yards. It wasn't really a big deal until I asked why I was doing this all again as I'm a previous patient. The response I received was "if you don't want to do it you can just go somewhere else. You don't have to shop here." I find that VERY rude. Is this the level of customer service you provide? I've been an MMJ patient in Az for 10 years and I'm a veteran as well, in all that time this was by far the rudest response I've ever got to a question at a dispensary. Your rude receptionist is correct on one account however, I DON'T need to shop here and I won't again.

Could you at least put a sign out front to inform MEDICAL PATIENTS they don't have to wait in the rec line? Being told that AFTER the wait is really infuriating.

MANAGEMENT!!! Please get control over your pre-order room. Most of us pre-order due to time constraints. It is VERY frustrating after you've been checked in to sit in the waiting room and watch walk ins get called and served while there is whooping and laughing in the preorder room and you're waiting and waiting. I thought there must be patients in there picking up, but sadly no, just a room full of employees that don't really care how long you wait to get your pre order. Sad effort.

At 11:37 I got a text that says my order is ready to pick up. At 12 they tell me they are out of 5 of the 6 items I ordered online. This is after sitting on the express line watching 4 patients go to the back and two come out with their purchases before even getting to the express window. You better not say anything or ask why no one texted you because the rude express window budtender will send out Pedro "the manager" to threaten to ban you from the store. I've shopped here every week for over 3 years, super disappointing how they treat regulars. Horrible service, horrible experience

Poorly managed, way too long of a wait for how many patients are here. All these 5 star reviews is because they give a free preroll for a good one. In reality they have dry flowers and a sorry selection of overpriced concentrates. But hey the big money maker is cartridges and they have PLENTY of those, all brands all flavors all overpriced, just don't get curaleaf brand carts because they taste like wet lawn clippings and fertalizer. STAY AWAY!

Wow I just watched an OG get tossed out of the store because he schooled the tender. Don't think I'm coming back here again. Both times here I seen drama, bad vibes
