This was my first visit and the waiting room seemed pretty nice they had some pastries out. When I went back I told the bud tender it was my first visit and he shook my hand and showed me the different sections of the dispensary. he said the first timer discount was 25% although the ad in the SNR said 50%. I asked to see the flowers and he showed me only the top shelf. After I checked out the ones he showed me I told him that I didn't need top shelf and I was looking for something cheaper. He pulled out one jar that had been repriced and showed me that strand. I became very concerned that they only had one strand that wasn't $50 for an eighth. His attitude changed after he showed me that strand he kind of just slid the jar over to me and told me that he had other customers he needed to help out. I went over to look at the small jars of weed that were on an unlabeled shelf and realized he didn't show me the bottom shelf weed. So I had to check it out myself while he was helping other customers. He came back a few minutes later after the other customers paid and asked me if I was all set. I got a quarter of the purple pineapple and he seemed pretty upset about that choice. There was absolutely no customer service or even eye contact after that point. He handed me The 2/8 drop the change in my hand and said thanks. I've never been to a dispensary where I've been made to feel like a burden but that's the way I felt here. I was made to feel like I was ripping them off because I didn't buy their top shelf weed. I came in because they offered 50% for first-time patients and any good business owner knows that you have to get people in the door in order for them to know what you have. That could've been an amazing experience for me with the price discount but it definitely was not. The weed that I got is extremely dry and of average quality at best. There's no menu in there it's almost like going to buy a used car in my opinion. I don't know if that guy was the owner or if he was making a commission but he will not be getting my business ever again. There are plenty of other dispensaries In Sacramento that take care of their customers. The first time 50% discount is amazing but even that is not enough to get me back.
