I’ve been coming to this dispensary for over a year now, and today I was told they couldn’t replace a defective cartridge because there was no visible oil in or on the cartridge. How can there be when it all leaked out? The budtender offered me a discount on a new one but would not replace it. That’s terrible customer service and I will never spend another dollar at this place. STAY AWAY FROM CAFE LIV! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
