Used to come here all the time. I'm a DA, so I try not to complain since I understand how difficult everyone's jobs are....but my last visit was so discouraging I don't believe I will be back. On a prior visit I let my budtender know I Had an updated DA card and asked if they wanted to take a copy to update my account, and was told no I was ok. My following visit,,after waiting close to an hour for preorder I was told my DA card needed to be updated. While attempting to update it with my digital copy during obviously busy hours, and many of those attempts failing after I had shown it/sent it several times I was obviously frustrated and left. I defintely felt the situation could have been handled better, so I didn't walk out feeling like they thought I wasn't being transparent. After this experience, several long waits for pickup orders where flow could be handled differently, I no longer feel like this is my welcoming neighborhood joint.
