I tried to avoid the burnt taste of the ovape pens by switching to the pen refills they make them selves . An employee then suggested the only of the selections she hasn't tried her self . It then did not taste anything like she described . Was burnt , did not function properly but the other flavor I knew tasted good , did function properly as well as taste great . The manager then decided to say there is nothing they can do , and refuse to compensate my trip and lack of quality / service .

One of the bud tenders handled my concentrates with his hand . Also called to place an order that they said they had in stock but wasn't in stock when I got there , also because they did not have what I wanted in stock they gave me the display concentrates which had been handled more than often .
