On Jan 24 2021 I purchased an ounce from this location. When I got home I was immediately put off by the strong smell of wet grass. As per the product lot #, this product was packaged more than 8 months ago and was dry, stale and mouldy. The product (no matter how perfectly rolled) extinguished every few tokes. I called the store the following day and asked for a refund or exchange but they said they would not be able to help me. The manager said they don't offer exchanges or refunds bc of government policy, which I understand, but they said they will continue to sell the product despite being alerted to the poor quality. Buyer beware - this company does not care about the quality of their bud or about the satisfaction of the consumers.
