Whether you’re using it as a base for marinades, a finishing oil for soups and salads, or a stir-fry seasoning, Farm & Florist Sesame Oil is a versatile ingredient that can elevate any dish. Although it has a high smoke point of around 410°F (which makes it suitable for high-heat cooking methods such as sautéing, pan-frying, and deep-frying) we don’t recommend cooking at this high temperature as you will burn off the THC. Instead, we recommend you use it as a finisher or drizzler instead. Its rich, distinct flavour also makes it an excellent addition to dressings, sauces and marinades.
